As we pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service. We will do out best to delivery high quality products. If you’d like to exchange or refund your product then we can accept them as long as they’re in their original condition and with evidence of purchase.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1] Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is specified in the Lueur’s invoice
2] Get your Return Authorization Code by calling Us. Our Gemstone Advisor will send you a return authorization email. Include a copy of that email in your return package.
3] Include all original packaging, certificates and materials.
4] Make sure the item is fully insured when it’s shipped back to us. The insured amount must be the value of the product.
5] All return requests will be processed only after our laboratory verifies the condition of the item.
6] Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon the receipt of the item.
7] The following items will not be accepted for returns:
A] Any item with evidence of damage, wear, engraving, alterations or resizing by a jeweler other than Gemstone
B] Improperly packaged or uninsured items
C] Packages without Luere’s return code
D] The 30 days money back guarantee is not applicate to offline customers who see the product before buying it.
E) Stones once mounted on the ring will NEVER be returned. Customers are expected to test the stone before mounting them on rings.
