When you place an order with us, our postage costs will be added at the checkout section. The postage costs will be dependent on the delivery address and the weight of your order.
Once you have placed an order, our gemmologists will do their final checks on the product then it’ll be boxed and wrapped and then despatched for the next day delivery. If you have any package requirements then please contact us.
Please note, we will provide the details of the courier once the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary according to the customer’s shipping address and delivery times could vary according to the country’s custom regulations.
Large packages weighing greater than 22 kg will be sent out in two or more boxes and would incur higher charges.
